Has anyone run into this company; they are located in Arkansas? They say you are an IC and then they treat you like a statutory employee, naming your hours, giving you your equipment, signing a noncompete clause, constant phone calls back and forth, etc. They are bad news! Stay as far away as you can.

They are not professionally run; very disorganized, system up and down, and no questions are ever answered promptly; you wait for days and days to get set up. Too many other good companies out there, look elsewhere.

Are you talking about the company located in Clarksville Arkansas?? I just talked with them today and am trying to find some info about them. They sent me a contract wanting my bank account info and SSN. I didn't want to give that out unless they were legitimate.

I just talked with Doug from there today and was wanting to do some research on the company before signing the contract. I did not want to give my bank info and SSN to them without knowing if it was a LEGITIMATE company. So, would you say they are legitimate, like they are not going to get into my bank account or anything?? I understand that they are a bad company to work for, but I am in need of the work right now, so I don't really care about that. I just need to know that they don't get into your bank account and they do really pay you for your work. Thanks!! Any info would be appreciated!
