Yes, you did the right thing in turning them down. I worked the minimum 32 hours as a F/T MT and I could barely make the bills at the end of the month. When I went for my QA review after 1 year, they told me that I was making top-of-the industry line rate and refused to give me a raise, and I was not even making 8 cpl. When asked about the 70- cpl rate they said that was because no one else pays for a loaded line like they do and that 65 cpl in other companies probably was bare lines. After interviewing with other companys, I found this was not true. Also, they treat you like a machine and not a person. We were CONSTANTLY reminded of the backlog through E-mails and pushed to work extra hours every day. They have a good benefits if you can make enough money to afford them, which was impossible with them. Also, MEDRITE plainly is the worst platform out there - too many windows to open. Took time to load info/demographics into templates.
