My point is all I ever see on these forums is slamming of every company out there.  If I was going to apply to a job and read these forums I would get out of transcription altogether.  What I am trying to say is there is always more to every story than what you are seeing on these forums. 

I also think that if you ask the right questions of a company when you speak to the recruiter you will get the answers you are looking for. Afterall, if you aren't comfortable with the answers you get, look elsewhere.

You are right in this economy maybe everyone should just be happy with having a job instead of complaining all the time.  I have lots of friends who are struggling to find a job period.
