I worked for them for a while. I was expereicend and they still did not pay good. The work I did some QA was not good and they did not communicate well with employees. When I left there there was a lot of others leaving also

Some info on mRecord
I don't specifically work for mRecord but I've been working for The Transcription Doctors, Inc. for about a year now and they have recently partnered up with mRecord. From what I've seen, the staff at mRecord are an aggressive and hardworking bunch. The two companies have also partnered with Focus Infomatics and are doing a new grad program.
MRecord is a bad company!
This company defines the words unethical and unprofessional in the transcription industry. This company had overcharged our medical office in NC for years. They also did the same thing to a medical office in VA. We had constant missing reports and constant excuses to go with the missing reports. All of the company is offshore and they are just a really bad company to work with. I cannot say strongly enough to stay away from this company and their platform. Our medical practice lost thousands of dollars due to their issues.
QA work for MRecord
I saw a post here accusing this company of overcharging their clients and frequently losing things or not completing work, so I'm curious if anyone else knows anything about them. They're advertising for a QA person right now, but I don't want to get involved with any business that is underhanded so I thought I'd ask for input here before taking their tests.
MRecord- Beware!
Mrecord is a bad company all around. Their owners/managers are inexperienced in running a company. Their QA is inconsistent. Their pay is always wrong and always low and usually late. You never have a way to verify lines yourself..you have to go by what they send you. This company is a really unethical company to work for period..stay away from them.
By the way, the managers and owners are all offshore as well- in India. How can an Indian company manage and QA American MTs? Amazing! That is why their QA is so bad and inconsistent.
MRecord in North Carolina uses ExText
I don't know if they're hiring, though, and their pay isn't terrific.
