I disagree. I feel there IS a lot of micromanaging. It seems very counter productive to me. I am very concerned about the changes in benefits and pay.

Micromanaged
I work for Cymed and definitely do not feel micromanaged. I stay pretty close to my schedule and basically assume no news is good news. This might depend on who your account supervisor is though.
do you like being micromanaged?
do you like having work pulled out from under you?
do you like cherrypickers never having any consequence?
do you like your work pool changing at the whim of whatever after you have worked on dictators to get normals set up and learned a dictators nuances?
If so, come join us at the circus...
Are you micromanaged there?
Just wondering.
I've never been micromanaged. I go
potty whenever I need to, go outside and stretch when I want to. I am expected to work my schedule, but I'm not chained to my desk.
When I was there a year ago, they were VERY disorganized but still micromanaged and
:+
