The new company offered what I am making at the Q, AND also said I could have the exact same schedule I am on now. And they are more flexible with it.....Q gives 1/2 hour start flexibility, new place gives more. I was told I could start even 2 hours later and then work my shift, as long as it was the day and approximate time (day/evening/night) I had committed to.
