What good does it do to be a team lead or have another kind of promotion if the company is falling apart? There is nothing wrong with starting over again. Every company promotes people. I would rather work at the bottom for a while with a worthwhile company when the quality of my work and character will ensure that I am promoted than to have a gravy job at a company that stinks. It ain't worth it sistah. With the drastic holiday policy change don't think other drastic policy changes won't be far behind. You may be well qualified to do your job but anybody who has ever worked at OSi over the past few years knows damn well that people have been promoted that are no more qualified than a clerk at the 7-11-- so your position really doesn't mean a helluva lot at OSI.
