My husband's in mgmt. and had to give someone the option of quitting or being fired for stealing. Because no charges were filed, he couldn't give details to future employers, but he could say that he wouldn't recommend the person for employment or would not re-hire him himself. We aren't the only ones who have to abide by the HIPAA law. But you shouldn't have to list them unless you just want to. Best of luck to you.
