MT Job Pay

Hi - Say i have been an MT for 5 years now - I was talking with a friend who does infomercials - takes orders from commercials on TV - makes between $90 and $160 a day doing this - i dont make that as an MT - I feel MTs are very skilled and why do we not make that kind of money - I know since MTSO came into the picture, if you dont work for a doctor direct that's were the big money goes.

Anyway, i am at an age i dont care anymore as i'm not as young as most of you but really and truly - it upsets me to think that we as MTs with hard work like we do do not get paid more -
