It's been a while since I worked there, but they had a lot (about 95%) ESL. When I asked to change to a different account so I could get my lines in, they said no after they had said they would do whatever they could to help me get my lines. Platform they used at that time took a lot of time to look up patient and actually get into typing screen. That was my experience. They may have a better platform by now or have better accounts.
