Wow, do I ever miss the MRC days too. This was my first company, in 1995, and it was heaven for about a year until bought out by TL. TL was not so good, but still bearable. MQ was the pits from day one and even worse when Philips took over. Then I moved to CyMed, which was great for about three months, until SPi bought it and over the next year work dwindled until most of it was sent to the Philippines. In 13 years I've had really bad experiences punctuated by brief hopeful honeymoon periods with employers. Now I'm with yet another MTSO and getting that vibe that we need to start seeing other people. Does one ever find true love in this business?
