First of all - Plan on waiting for your payroll questions or concerns, checks, etc. They take 2 weeks or more to answer emails or voicemail messages unless you call them constantly every day almost every hour!!!
Second - The communication between employees and their supervisors is the worse I have ever seen!! Your own supervisor usually will not answer an email within at least 3 days!! Went through 5 supervisors in 6 months with them!!! RIDICULOUS!!
3rd - They are more strict with their schedule than Spheris is!!
P.S. I left the company because I cannot stand feeling like I'm the lone ranger out in the middle of the Range. I like knowing there is someone there to answer my questions or respond to my concerns when I need the answer. Not 3 days to 2 weeks later!. I left and still waiting for my final paycheck!!! 2 months ago!!!! Apparently when you leave, you have to keep on them about your last supervisor to do her "termination paperwork" or it won't be done. I'm still LISTED AS AN ACTIVE EMPLOYEE!!! Go figure!!!
My best advice is RUN, RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM MQ. They don't know their head from their butts!!! and seem to just pick people off the streets to run their payroll departments and be supervisors!! If you like bad communication and not being really part of a TEAM, but being all by your lonesome, then go for it. but if you can't stand bad communication and not getting paid on time, then I advise to the above and RUN!!!
