Hang in there and stop being so hard on yourself! As a couple of posters pointed out below, MDI-MD is very finicky about whom they hire, and since you obviously made the cut, they know you're more than able to do the job, and to do the job well.
Bayscribe is extremely easy once you get used to it, and the word Expander makes it even easier to get your counts up.
I have a lot of ESLs on one of my accounts as well, but I've discovered they're not that difficult at all once I've had them a few times and become accustomed to their dialect. Also, if you're looking at a roster, don't let the MD names scare you. I've found some of the ones with the most difficult-to-pronounce names are surprisingly accent-free and do great dictation.
Give yourself a chance to settle into the new job and new dictators, new system, etc.
From what I can gather reading these boards, MDI-MD is one of the few remaining MTSOs that actually appreciates their MTs and treats us with respect and I've found that my liasons and QA have been extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.
Don't give up...hang in there and I'm sure any of us would be happy to lend an ear if you get frustrated.
