I also started to work for MDI-MD part-time and I can tell you that I have never been treated so well. Intelligent and helpful QA, nice decent people, honesty all the way around, no offshoring, kind and reasonable liaison. She is a gem. The tech support is second to none. Yes, all companies run out of work from time to time; that is just a given in our industry at this point in time. I also have a second job on the side with a mom and pop (yes a few of those still do exist that were not eaten by the Q). I have been in this business a very long time and have never seen a company that wins my appreciation like MDI-MD does. I have three years to go until retirement and plan to spend my remaining transcribing days with MDI-MD. It is nice to know that in a sea of sharks (and squids) that there are still some honest people out there.
