MDI-MD

I've been with MDI-MD for almost 2 years now. I work on acute care only, and I have 35 years MT experience.

I make decent money working for MDI. I like Bayscribe (their platform) and can get a good line count. They have excellent QA staff and liaisons. There are times when various accounts are low on work but I have several accounts available and they will always give you more if you need them, you just need to ask. With statutory employee status they pay the self-employment tax which saves a bit. No benefits, but I prefer the total flexibility over benefits at this point in my life.

Different people need/want different things, but MDI is just about perfect for what *I* want/need at this point in my life. I have no complaints at all with them.
