I have worked for this company for over 2 years. Yes, they are particular with whom they hire, and yes, in spite of what you hear, there is plenty of work. They are careful not to overhire, and yes they are very particular in their hiring process as well as their QA process. When you are first hired, you only get a few jobs to do until they go through QA process which also goes through the account liason which also includes account specifics for the account that you will be on. Many of the accounts have STAT jobs and therefore therefore there may be limitation in the about of jobs that are available to for QA before your wings are clipped. They are careful to not overhire on any account, but it does not mean there is no work.
