I have worked at MDI for over 3 years, and my experience has been quite different. I work on a C-phone account. My equipment fortunately has never failed. I don't have to dial into numerous numbers (just one) for work so I cannot comment on that. I have 2 accounts and have worked 99% of the time on my primary for 3 years. Both of my accounts have a good number ESLs, but most of them are doable. If I have to leave blanks, I leave blanks; QA never questions me about that. Yes, when there is a lot of work, there are requests to stretch. What do you expect? They have to meet their TAT. This has been my experience.
