I have been wanting to get on with MDI-MD and have finally been offered a position with them. Everything sounds GREAT! But I am a little skeptical to finally say yes because of the comfort zone at my current job. I get paid decent and pay is always on time and I know what I can make there and it is steady. And jumping to another company, even though it sounds better, has more of what I am looking for is very scary. I have read past posts about MDI-MD being great to work for. The only thing I found was you had to have LD...but that is fine. Can someone give me some current information about them? Pay on time? Able to meet production requirements? Is the training process okay? Too many guidelines to follow? Any and all information would GREATLY be appreciated! They seem so nice and flexible, I just don't want to pass up on this opportunity out of fear. Thank you!
