Most accounts are through C-phone (or similar) system still and you have to pay for long distance. I'd say that's really the main draw back. Sound quality is fine for me unless the dictator is on a cell (of course). I have 3 accounts but usually work just on my main one. ESLs about 40% like the other poster said.
