They are a good company to work for. They have employee or IC status, whichever you prefer. They do have good benefits, although the family insurance is high. They do ask that you work a schedule if you're an employee, but they are flexible as far as your schedule is concerned. If you need to take time off for an appointment or something, they will work with you so you can make up time if you need to. Everyone is very nice, and they do everything they can to help you get going smoothly. Good pay. They have team leaders for every account, so you have a specific person to go to for questions. I like the way they are setup. I have worked for other nationals before, and this is the best one for me by far.
