Guess I lucked out then. I just used their contact me and within 2 days I got a call for a phone interview and immediate job offer. Took the recruiter a week or so to find a compatable account for me, but only ONE account, major hospital, acute care, 40 some odd docs and I LOVE IT. No formatting, straight typing, absolutely verbatum, even headings. Strictly IC, payday every other Friday. Combined with a nice raise, I think I'll be with them for a while. I even have phone numbers to call to actually talk with a real person who can answer my immediate questions, and their QA responds immediately.
