Have been with MDI 10 months and I am very happy. Find their QA is always courteous. I spoken to Carlotta more than once. She is top notch, very supportive, very professional. They are particular who they hire because they keep their accounts for many, many years and take pride in that as well as the caliber of MT they hire to offer quality to the client. Yes, accounts are verbatim and not hard to please in that respect. Good team to be on.
