Looking for the silver lining--Thanks!

I suppose any raise is a good thing.  I think I am just bummed after waiting 2 years for any sort of raise, and then finding out that it's impossible to achieve a perfect score because of the nature of my accounts.  Perhaps if I had easy-to-please physicians, who did not require full QA for perfect reports, then I would get my 1/2 cent raise.  SoftScript has nothing in place for MTs working on difficult accounts, and chooses to punish them instead.  On the other hand, it is good to know that raises are scarce across the board with most companies.  I guess I'm not alone!

I assume some of you see the dark cloud in every silver lining, eh? nm

They have enough people lining up to sue them w/o MTs.

Lining of the pockets is the whole problem
I have a friend who worked in QA PT for a couple of years at the same company where I was an MT. She accepted a full-time QA position at $17/hr just to be told 3 days later that the rate was actually $15/hr. She quit before their sentence ended with punctuation...
There are 2 tiers-Silver & Gold sm
Silver is less, I have gold and I want to say it's about $75/pay period.  $500 deductible, low copays.  I believe 90 days is the waiting period but you'd have to ask the recruiter--I've been here a long time.
Did your's come no a silver platter, 'cause
.
Let me hand you this perfect job on a silver platter

:-(

I thought the deductible was 500 vs 1000 (gold vs silver) but I guess I better go check! sm
As for policy levels, yes, you can get coverage as a single; as a couple; and self / family, with concurrent cost changes. Dental is great too.

Now, where did I put a copy of my BCBS plan... hmmm!
