but it kind of felt like you were implying it is my own fault to not have work right now -- The actual POINT of my original post was that if they want to force us to pick a shift then we should get work during that time and NOT have to work late or all night to get it........

When I said that I was meaning what lots of MTs think about them. you know the MTs who complain about the OPs and ESLs, etc. I don't think either are crap and like you would rather do OP notes all day long and have told the company that. I would also think I had died and gone to heaven. Lots of things you can put in your key Expanders for OP reports huh?
