10 jets                                                           1000 lines

$20M/jet                                                         10 cents/line

5 years                                                           24 hours

Is the defense contractor really an employee of the government?  Really?  What if General Dynamics said *We'll make as many jets as we want and take as long as we want*.  Does Uncle Sam go out and hire more contractors and hope they don't end up with either 2 jets or 80 jets?  Really?
