Okay all, I've worked for a couple of companies now as an IC and I can't make more than 200 lph anywhere. I see all the posts from MTs making 250, 300 and more, consistently. So what's the secret? I know I'm not a slow typist and I don't have to look much up as I'm doing this 15 years. I may proofread too much because I'm a perfectionist. Do most MTs just fly through and send without looking back? Not look things up ever and just leave blanks? Do the expansion programs really help that much? I don't currently have a fancy one and the way things are today with acute care work you really can't save much to it due to the amount of MDs you get, rarely the same ones. But I do have everything else short-cutted. Do most with high counts have small accounts and get a lot of the same dictators? Not being sarcastic, totally serious. I need to know the secret!!! TIA!
