I, too, felt it was more than just a little demeaning. I don't mean this as a dig, but maybe for a newbie getting their foot in the door it would be an acceptable wage. Back in the heyday I made 8 cents a gross line, was able to do get my work done in 5-6 hours (and not just make my line count; even work assignment was different back then). I had money, I had a life, and I enjoyed my job. Perhaps another impact from the MTSOs crushing us under their heels is that it has us sniping at each other.
