Bad experience - constantly disregarding asking to go to another account - doctors being taken to train others and never returning them - I finally received the wrong email from a supervisor - saying that I couldn't possibly be making enough to sustain me - (that was her take) so I just copied that - and filed for unemployment - then they were ready to talk - but by that time - I already had my claims set up and enjoyed 6 months of unemployment on their dime. I worked as an IC during that six months and cleared the difference in what I transcribed and what my unemployment limit was - it gave me six months to destress and refresh myself for a new job. And - there was nothing that KS could do about it - your state's laws are what have to be adhered to by the company - not theirs.
