To put it bluntly, if you know what you are doing and type what the doctor says verbatim which is a relatively easy thing and actually put pride in what you type you will be happy. If you are have work full of mistakes and constantly need someone to hold your hand, you will not be happy and not make much money.
KS is a great place to work.
