Very slow hiring process. Extremely unorganized. First time I was hired, I had applied for the job during the summer got a fairly quick response and accepted an offer of 1.10/report. My job was being eaten up by VR so I was trying to be placed before I had to be cut to two days a week.Never heard back for several months. Out of the clear blue, called again and reoffered. Heard back nothing. Started over process after L called me late one night while I was cruising this site. Hired again at 1.08 a report. Gave a story about SIL having to be let go, messed up files....Yadayada........
Set up a time to install software. Done. Set up a time to train. First time was supposed to be on a Saturday at noon. I hired a baby sitter. Set up computer. Had phone ready. No call. Called all the numbers I had, nothing but air. Finally on Monday, was told that L had been stung by a bee and had an allergic reaction, had all the files with her and the person to train me (who had never heard of me) did not have any numbers. On, and on and on. Another time, after I rescheduled, she was to train me herself. Had another trip to the hospital because of some type of additive in fast food she was allergic to and did not know. (The rest is a repeat - she had the files with her - yadayadayada) I have
I have spoken to her before and she sounds like a sincere, intelligent woman but I thinks she gets in over her head.
