After posting I was given a copy of the BOS (thank you!!) and I passed the next two tests that I was given...not surprising that was my problem from the beginning.

I am somewhat of a newbie, but I worked at Spheris for a bit. Clarity is really easy to work with. Only thing I did not like was having to look up old reports... Can take a while. Communication with peopel wasn't the greatest overall, but it was an okay company to work for.

Is Cornerstone the same as Clarity?
I quit right before they were switching us from TWS to Clarity. Is this something new - did they scrap Clarity, rename it, or bring in something in addition to?

The little over $550 includes both medical and dental insurance for a month for the most comprehensive option on both, netting down to around $460 my cost, so $230 a pay period for medical and dental my cost net for family of 6. HTH
