With Job #2 you can claim a percentage of all your utilities and mortgage - plus you will make 20% more...

If you are undisciplined and can't sock away the $ for taxes then job #1 would be probably better... but I don't think you can deduct for office space as an employee - and that can be a significant deducction.

Same with the computer - you can deduct part of all of the cost as an IC not sure same applies if employee

but on that I'm not an accountant
