JLG

JLG is certainly not the place, unless of course you want to work for nothing.  They are totally disorganized and do not know their right hand from their left.  They continuously take away from the MT.  Their platforms change as well as their line count method, always to benefit them and not the MT.  They run out of work and you are supposed to sit and wait.  Your choice, but it was not worth it for me after years of dedication.  AND, they took away direct deposit recently.  So... I was always waiting for my pay and they said they could not understand it when it was mailed.  Supposedly, I was the only MT with this problem....NOT.  I found out that there were many many many MTs that had the same problem.  The office said they mailed them from TPA airport post office, yet found out a week late, post-dating the checks so they could earn more interest by keeping money in their accounts longer.....
