you should be moved up to a higher tier at a higher rate of pay for doing op notes. That's how it works with the company with whom I'm employed at any rate, and I'd sure be raising a stink about it.


Another thing I don't understand is that when we agree to take the position in the first place (and in the case of the company with whom I am employed, are required to sign an agreement at hire) it is at a certain rate of pay, and states absolutely nothing about ASR.  It states absolutely nothing about agreeing to take a 30% rate cut to do ASR work. Is it actually legal to decrease our pay by 30% without our consent?
