KS. Lines are obtainable and verifiable without chomping your fingers to the bit and feeling like you are working in a sweatshop. The line rate is above what the average going rate is. They are understanding of emergencies that may arise. Communication and feedback is constructive and not critical. The only thing I didn't like was that the few hours I spent training was not paid, but.... I can live with that given the other positives, and the absolute horrid experiences I had with some other companies that obviously had their company officials posing as MTs on this board only to find out I was duped - this is a dream job:)
