It's the same way in urban areas, too.

Don't let the previous poster kid you. I worked in-house at a Trauma Center. Despite what some of the sanctimonious MTs and MTSOs would have you believe, there are not 24/7 staffing of entire hospitals. After about 7 o'clock at night, weekends, and holidays, there is no routine outpatient care, no routine surgeries, etc. Needs are filled on an emergent basis by ON-CALL personnel, who then come to work. Also of note, the same ON-CALL people get paid for the inconvenience of being ready to work, whether they do or not. What MTSOs do that?

Look on an urban dictionary. Its right by troll,
Do UTA?
You must not live in an urban area.
Our hospitals have surgeons, imaging, lab, etc, available at all hours of the day and night.
Does it seem that work has decreased in many areas since
MQ did their not-so-smart illegal billing? This probably should be on the MQ Board but I feel what they did may be affecting a lot of us. Hospitals and other accounts used to have so much work we didn't know what to do with it. Now, it seems more work is being done on site or in-house. I can't help but wonder if the trust is all but gone due to what happened with MQ. I may be wrong, but it sure seems that way.
Well, Merriam-Webster doesn't recognize your version. Only found it in an urban sm
dictationary -- hardly a professional reference.  But it has gotten too much attention already, so maybe if we ignore it, it will slither back into its obscure little corner of the world where no one notices it.
Do you get the impression this person is answering herself in some areas?
I know I do.
Sorry you didn't get your check. Guess different areas are different.

Again, if you think Transcend is state of the art in the areas of sound quality and/or platform,
then you have not used high quality equipment before! There is MUCH more sophisticated equipment out there now, even at smaller MTSOs. Even Larry himself said they are "working diligently" on improving the sound quality.  Perhaps you should let Larry know that the sound quality is WONDERFUL - he must be mistaken and misinterpreted all the "MT feedback on poor sound quality"...Who do you think you're fooling???
