It's all in the perception...

What one person might consider getting a reality check with others, another person might consider trying to stir up trouble and sowing seeds of discord. Who is it that gets to decide which is which?
For example, if I hadn't explained my intentions, you could see it that I stirred up trouble on here by asking my question, when I am already a Transcender who is leaving and what's the point; OR, on the other side of the fence, you could also see it that Michelle stirred up trouble on Transcend's private board by drawing our coworkers' and management's attention to this board and "telling" on the naysayers.
See, I believe that there's a difference between needlessly stirring the pot and necessary confrontation to begin an honest discussion that might provoke positive change and education, either within the self, with others' perspectives, or the environment, or perhaps all of the above. In fact, both might happen, confrontation and trouble-making, despite intentions, but no positive change ever existed in any environment without someone confronting someone else - but there's a way to do it and a way not too, which I'm still learning myself. :)
