I've changed jobs a lot; looking for that one special one; the exception to the rest. Some famous person said that the true mark of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result. By that definition, I'm totally insane.

Being driven to the point of insanity by SPI!
I worked for Cymed for about a year and a half and quit about 4 months ago, after SPI had taken over and everybody started quitting and the whole place started turning into a giant train wreck. I finally decided to quit after I started with a much better company. I e-mailed my manager and let her know that I quit, which I never even got so much as a reply to. I even left her a phone message informing her that I was leaving the company. Four months later, I still keep getting all of their emails, even though I keep responding saying I DON'T WORK HERE ANYMORE! TAKE ME OFF YOUR E-MAIL LIST!!! Yet, the e-mails keep coming! Tonight really set me off. It was about 20 minutes past midnight, I was in bed sleeping, when my phone rang. I answered, and it was someone from SPI asking me why I had not worked my shift today. I almost fell off the couch!!! How incompetent are these people??? I told the person on the phone that if she had really paid attention, she would have noticed that I had not worked any of my shifts for the past 4 months because I had quit! She just said, Oh, sorry and hung up! this is the fourth or fifth time I have received a call in the middle of the night from them since I quit! I don't know what it takes to get them to leave me alone!
