Offered a position with Meridian Health Solutions out of Indiana.  Does anyone know anything about this company?

Are there any MTs/QA with information about Meridian Healthcare Solutions?  I could not find a website for them and searched the archives and found just a little info.  Interested in the salaried QA position they are hiring for at this time.  Any information would be greatly appreciated, even just a website.  Thanks! 

I have been offered a position with the above company.  I cannot find anything on them since January of 2005.  Does anyone have any recent experience with them??

Looking for any current MTs working for Meridian.  I have an interview on Monday and I am thinking about accepting this position, but I do not want to get burned again.  PLEASE!! if you have any information good or bad, work or no work, bad managment or good management, please let me know.

These decisions royally stink, don't they?!.  It would be so nice if we could take the whole health care scam out of the equation!  Darned if you do, darned if you don't. 

Have y'all thought about the implications of health care reform bill passing?  More people will be covered, even for catastrophic illnesses such as cancer, etc. 

More patients=more health care professionals needed=more dictation=more work for MTs. 

Then perhaps MT wages can be commensurate with our skills and fulfilling a need.  

Before I go further into the hiring process with this company...  anyone have any experience with them?  I asked for the web site address so I could check them out, but I was told that it was down for the next 2 weeks.  Also, they sent a packet that talked at great length about patient and MD demographics that I would be responsible for.  I have never worked for a national company and not sure if this sounds okay.  Thanks.

I'm wondering if anyone has any information on an MTSO by the name of Alphamed Solutions, Inc. (Marwan)?  It sounds like an off-shore operation.  Would appreciate anything I can learn.

They sent me an e-mail in response to my resume posted here.  It didn't really say much but the person's name was an ethnic name.  I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything. 

In the e-mail was an attachment for pre-employment screening - when can you start, how many lines, etc.   From the wording of the attachment this is not a U.S. company.   When going to their website it doesn't mention anything about how long they have been in business, the names of management, etc.  

I didn't spend much time on the website, but what I saw didn't mention anything about a foreign connection. 

I searched the boards here and only found 2 posts where someone was asking about them and no one had responded, so I thought I would add my observations.

The e-mail didn't mention anything specific, they have clinic and hospital accounts, but didn't mention type of equipment, platform, lines required, or a pay scale. 

I did not respond to their e-mail. 

I applied with them and was wondering for you current employees there how you like it?  Since they are located in Texas, is there a lot of ESLs?  Do they have plenty of work?  How is their training period?  Any info appreciated.  Thanks!
