I applied and heard back (sm)
They responded almost instantly with an e-mail that said to send a Yahoo IM (instant message) to their address. I e-mailed back that I did not have an IM account, and could we just discuss via e-mail, and then I never heard anything again. Really makes me wonder how legit they are...
I applied there and just heard back
I don't know a whole lot because I am waiting to start but pay is 9 cpl (even though the ads say 9-10) and they use ChartScript. You also must be incorporated because they are only hiring for contract work at this time. No set schedule. Hope this helps a little.
I applied but haven't heard back
Do any of these companies let you take time off without pay if you haven't earned your PTO yet? Any other good companies out there? Anyone pay more than 8.5 cpl?
Anyone heard back from TransHealth? I've applied
I have 25 years of acute care experience and great references. Maybe it's my breath? LOL.
I applied for other positions when they've had them and never heard back. nm

Has anyone applied and heard back from "Editors Needed" on the job board? sm
The ad said, Want to break into editing? I may have the job for you. Just wondering if anyone applied and has heard back. Mainly curious to find out what company this is. Thanks!
I don't work for Transtech but applied w/them, haven't heard back
..
Medware..Anyone know what they pay their speech editors. I have applied but havent heard back. I
was just curious if it was worth my time or not.
I've heard only positive things about them. So, I applied, but haven't heard a word. Maybe fl

Anyone heard of Heart of Georgia?
Anyone ever heard of Heart of Georgia? I have accepted a rad position here because another keeps on telling me I can start soon, yet it has been 2 weeks and counting and I'm sitting here broke with nothing to do.
Has anyone ever heard of InfoPro out of Georgia...(sm)
A friend of mine looking for MT work mentioned it today and I googled them.. Found a website but don't really know anything else about them such as running out of work, flexible schedule, benefits, pay, etc. If anyone can give me any information I would appreciate it. Not to be confused with Interpro. TIA.
Phoenix Medcom- Another apply a few months back, ask to take a test and never heard back??
I applied a month or two ago, received an email from someone asking if I would take a test and said she was getting ready to go on vacation for a week, so I hurried and immediately and told her I'd love to take the test. I never heard back. I waiting thinking she went on vacation and would contact me when she got back to do the test but nothing...very strange..Just wondered if this happened to anyone else.
Has everyone heard back from Keystrokes yet regarding the email we received a while back?
Just wandering why I haven't heard any response yet.
I sent them an email back in August and never heard back sm
Is this company on Long Island? I checked out their website and even tried calling once. Were you successful in contacting them? All i know is that the company is owned by some doctors.
Hopefully, you will hear back. Unfortunately, I immediately heard back from MD-IT
but somehow with over 16 years of experience, I blew the test. I was soooo disappoionted and yet pretty stunned. I am by no means perfect but I haven't flunked a test in years. I expected it in my early years but not this far down the road. I was so confident and they will not tell you which part you did not pass and why so it really just blew my mind. I must have been in shock for like two hours after I got the email. Oh well, someone will want me....hopefully. I was thinking about OSi but I don't think I could take another rejection if I never heard back.
I applied last year, was hired, and then
the recruiter had a family emergency and I never heard from her again. I got tired of leaving messages for her. Looks like this is the norm for this company.
It seemed like I applied about a year ago and they said it would take about 1 month for the first
check to arrive. That was the turn off point for me. I could not financially be without a check for a month. I know others have no problems with that as they are a second income etc..and things may have changed by now.
I applied and heard from them

I applied and heard nothing.
So it's indifferent, I guess.
I applied twice and never heard from
Who knows.
I have applied there twice and heard nothing.
Once a year ago, once 6 months ago.
I applied, have heard nothing nm

Offered me as well but when I applied back

I applied and they called back...
when I wasn't home and left a msg. When I called back, the person answering the phone didn't even want to take my name and number, but did so when I suggested it might be a good idea. Never heard another word... which probably says something, right???
I applied a few years back
..... what an experience. I have been a psych Transcriptionist for 20 years. I tested, with basically no instructions. I formated the report as I would my other psych reports. No errors as far as terminology, English, punctuation, etc. However, she said I did not follow directions (what directions?????) as far as my formating went. She said if I could not follow directions she would not hire me. She is a trip. I wouldn't work for her for all the money in the world.
I applied at Keystrokes a while back
it took exactly one day to hear back. They offered me a job but were only hiring full-time. I asked for 9 cpl to start and they were fine with that. I wanted part-time.
P/S: I love checking the archives; you can gain great info from doing this. Try it sometime.
Webmedx did a verbal test when I applied last year (sm)
The tester/interviewer was very pleasant and apologized for poor sound quality due to her using a head set (which she continued to use) during the testing. You could barely hear her and I had a bad feeling about the quality of transcription from this and turned the job down.
It's been about a year since I had applied but I passed because of no holiday or PTO time.
Things could have changed. I thought it was a little ridiculous to offer employee status yet you were not entitled to vacation pay and had to take it on your own dime but they assured me that they were very accommodatingto vacation requests. I would guess so since they weren't pay for them LOL. Best thing to do is ask a recruiter. Again, companies change their benefits all the time, especially when they see something isn't working or they can't keep employees. There has to be some incentive, don't ya thing??
Applied with them 2 weeks ago; nothing heard so far...sm
Didnt see much on their website either, and can't find anything in the archives.
I had applied for PT work and never heard from them. nm

I have applied a few time, but have not heard anything.
Maybe if the poster will take the time to read the emails they have already received and actually hire from them, they would not have to keep posting over and over again.
Applied too and never heard a word.. sm
..
I applied the last time they had an ad and heard nothing...nm

How long after you applied did you hear back? nm Thanks
I heard from Medware an hour after I applied
Talked to the recruiter, received an offer later that day and in less than a week I had my equipment and started. They even call you and help you load the software and your expander, very professional. I am very happy, I use EXText so that was a plus to see Medware uses that software. They are a good company.
Haven't heard for a month since I applied

Friend of mine applied and she has not heard yet either - sm
It is legit as far as i know. It is an SBC global job, and they are known for hiring at-home people.
applied and haven't heard a word......nm

I wish TT would hire me. Applied and took test, but not heard from. NM
I guess I suck.
If those who have applied have gotten any response back. I was one of the earlier "viewers" an

Just applied with them. Patience, how long did it take for you to hear back from them?

Howdy! In the last year, I applied and got offered jobs at a minumum of 10 companies
and not ONE single place checked any references - not 1. Even the one who said they would, Diskriter, never made 1 call. Do you feel lucky??
I applied there, took their test and have not heard anything. I guess I failed. nm

Has anyone who has applied for last round of Lee Perfect openings heard from them yet? nm

Anyone heard of or applied for work at WRU Transcription in Illinois?
Yep, I applied there, took test, passed it, and I was to be contacted, but never heard a thing from

I read some posts a year or so back (sm)
that it was a husband/wife operation - that the wife was super nice and very easy to work for - no comment positive or negative on the husband that I can recall - that they usually always got paid on time but there was that little bit about being paid when client paid - which is a little scary - I'm of the firm belief that a company - large or small - should have enough cash flow to pay their people - that is running a little too close to the edge for me - but if it is a good company and great platform, good docs - I might try them someday.
Never Heard Back
I sent a resume to Acetera, got a call back from a recruiter, who offered me a job and I accepted. They were supposed to get back to me regarding software, training, etc. and nothing at all.
Has anyone ever heard back from them? (sm)
Test is very difficult because of exceptionally poor audio quality. Try the 7-day Bytescribe free trial as ExpressScribe isn't good enough for these files.
