talking about MRCM, currently advertising on the other popular job site for MTs, I have not worked for them, but to start off with what I consider to be a lie in their advertisement  . . . we are one of the top paying companies in the industry @ $.0825-.0875 cents per 65 printable character line!!!  . . . I consider to be a very bad sign. Those wages would be average, not top, and that is if they were to include spaces.
Sorry, I don't know anything else about them.
