Identical? My take..

In Reply to: Nice of you, but now everyone on here - will have an identical resume.
Only the FORMAT would be identical, which nothing is wrong with that (I know people who use the formats in Word/Works also). EXPERIENCE is what makes each resume UNIQUE and NOT FORMAT.
Instead of specifically listing Burger King, create a SKILLS section and list from there (supervisory, organizational, leadership, etc). Sorry, an MTSO or private MT company does not care that you worked at Burger King 15 years ago--they really don't.
I speak for myself when I say that I don't care if I list the names of companies I've worked for-private or not-especially if I'm required to fill out an application AND send a resume.
And by the way, I have used this technique for years for different fields and have had a lot of offers also so your comment about maybe your resumes were from new MTs or non-MTs that were make believe... is void.
All the poster did was make suggestions to help others. Be appreciative.

Almost identical situation happened to me
in a hospital! Radiology Dept, wanted us to *share* weekends. When I asked *who do I call in case I can't come in or some emergency* she said, you drag your ass in anyway and work.*
Quit the job 2 weeks later. Hmmpf!
