apparently, we are not on the same account and no I don't have a lot of emergencies. I was simply stating that if there was an issue that needed immediate attention then it was answered promptly. If you are not happy perhaps you should find another company to work for. I was trying to give some information that was asked and I gave my experience and the fact that I am happy. If you are not then I am sorry for you. Have a great, happy day!!!
