If you are a true IC, they cannot set your schedule. Call the DOL and get backup rules and regs. Also see various IRS publications (they will give them to you free) concerning IC status.

Anyone know of any companies that let you work within a 24 hour time window? sm - Is there one out there?

    - I would think it is a certain amount of hours or lines a DAY. But not employee, so can't say - for sure. nm
