I am an IC for a company that sends every morning by 8:00. They do just clinics Mon-Fri. Most days I am finished by noon or a little after. I also work for two local doctors who still use tapes so I work on them in the afternoon and on the weekend when I have some time. I do not have set hours I have to work. The company that I work for has a 24 hour TAT and the two local doctors I deliver once or twice a week. They are very flexible. I feel very lucky to have this schedule because I do not have to work weekends or nights if I don't want to. Good luck.
