I would definitely look for

another company to work for. I personally would not stand for this and would give notice immediately, but I do have a backup. It could be that typing without macros or templates (would be almost impossible for me to do) you would make less than if you used them anyway at 2 cpl because you would be typing less number of reports in a shift? Is it not the idea to get reports done and back to the client in a timely manner? I don't know, just seems a complete waste to me, ridiculous, and not the norm at all.

If this is going to be another *cut MT wages* trend throughout the industry, it's early retirement for me.
