EVER take a test of 21 dictations no matter if I was a newbie or someone with over 12 years exp like me. That is absolutely ridiculous. If they cannot see that after 2-3 dictations you got it then its not worth it. They are just looking to get work done for free. That many would have to be for different specialities.
