You would think that the person placing the ad would at least PROOFREAD the ad!! I would tend to think that is less than professional to place an ad that has spelling errors. Anyway, what is an appicant? LOL

Does anyone currently work for AccuPro? I see they have a new ad here on MT Stars for a combination position of MT/VR for Hematology/Oncology. I would really like to hear from anyone who might specifically work on this account. They state it is predominantly VR work with some transcription, so I would like to know if you like working for this company and if you can make a decent salary doing this combination. You hear so many bad things here about VR work and I have never done it before, so if anyone who currently works for AccuPro could tell me how you like the company, etc. before I apply, I would greatly appreciate any info. I searched the archieves, but did not find anything recently posted. Thanks so much!

How come no one ever answers any questions about this company? I have seen their job ad(s) several times but no one ever answers. I checked archives and found nothing current...only posts from 2006, 2007 and 2008. Someone must know something about them!

Come on folks, I'm with Mel who also posted on AccuPro ~ does no one who reads this forum work for these people? I posted a previous note asking about them and got nothing, just as Mel did! Surely someone knows something about this company or works for them. There is nothing recent in the Archieves and AccuPro is currently running an ad for Hem/Onc, so I would like to know if you work for them do you like it, have enough work, is it clinic or hospital, etc. Any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Nice to work for. Pay was always on time. Work was always available on hospital account I was on. Cannot comment on Hem/Onc.

I love the company I'm with, but after a month of fighting to get my lines, I decided it may be time to look around, at least get something part-time and maybe work into full-time if the company is decent, as in, has direct deposit, pays on time, pays a decent wage for my many years of experience, doesn't dock for blanks, has accounts that are not 90% ESLs, etc.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I posted a few days ago asking for current information regarding this company and no one answered my post, thought I would try 1 more time. Would like pros and cons. I took their test today and got an e-mail that I passed, and they will call me tomorrow to discuss further. I did search and found some posts but most are 1-2 years old. Please reply if you have any knowledge of this company and what it is like to work for them.

The response time has been slow so far. I received testing materials directly from the recruiter via email 2 weeks after submitting my resume. I returned the tests within 24 hours and waited another 2 weeks for a response. I inquired via email and it took another week for her to respond. I'm wondering if all this improves upon employment. What are they like to work for? Platform? Communication? Benefits? Do they respond to employee questions in a timely manner?
TIA for answering.

I don't want to waste my time testing for another crap company. I've been invited to test with all three. FutureNet has no work again this morning... I am SO done with them!! It should not be this hard to make $100/day in this business... even part time. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
It definitely can be frustrating. I tested for Accupro a couple of weeks ago, sm
and there were several long reports to type, yet I never received the courtesy of a response. They were great guns at first, sending me info about the company, telling me how impressive my resume is, etc., and after the written test, I heard back immediately, but then, after investing several hours into their written test .. *poof* .. nada. I don't know that I aced it, but after 25+ years of being an MT, I didn't think I did so awful that it would not even merit a reply. Such is life ...
On the flip side, I do realize that companies receive 100s of applications when they run an ad, and so I try to be patient and realize that I can just be lost in the shuffle somtimes. I perhaps am not aggressive enough, because I do not email or call if they drop the ball. There are lots of other companies out there.

but their family insurance coverage is over $900 per month! I can't afford to pay half of my salary for insurance. I wish they had a cheaper insurance plan.
I LOVE it this way! I get my work at 6 am and have
until 6 am the next day to return it completed. I love it! It's the greatest thing in the world. Some days, I type all morning and I'm done by noon, some days I have things to do so I type in the evening - works out great, AND, I get paid much higher doing it this way!

I have been an SPI/CyMed employee for a year now and I love it there. The platform that they use is called Chartnet and it is sooooo easy to use. I have a great account that I have been on for the entire year that I have been there and I love it. I make excellent money there. My manager is very friendly and helpful. They do also have benefits, but I don't know too much about them since I have never needed to get them.

Try Precyse Solutions. I work for them and do VR and absolutely love it. Have done it for quite awhile and feel I am more productive than straight typing. Also gives hands a break. Their platform rm is wonderful as well. Good luck!

Granted, I've only been there for a few weeks, but so far I love it. The people are absolutely great, the platform is easy, and I really like the 12-hour window to get my work done in. My primary is 30-50% ESL, but I'm finding out that it's actually much less than that, unless I'm really getting lucky, which is always a possibility. It seems like overall it would balance out, though, to get my fair share of it. I don't have any complaints at all about WMX. Love their incentive tier platform, also. You get paid incentive on ALL work done, not just work done ABOVE the incentive base.

I am from South Carolina and know the new account they are obtaining very well. I have called, tested (they emailed me back and said I passed) and emailed and have not heard anything. This would be a dream account for me as I have worked for many of the doctors on this account in the past. Any advice?

I've been there 5 months now, and the only way I could be happier is if my old boss hadn't shut down his practice so that I had to find a new job....
After all the horror stories I've read here and elsewhere about other companies (some of which also offered me jobs) I consider myself very, very lucky in my choice of jobs. They've kept every single promise they made when they recruited me, and the only times we've run out of work have been on major holidays.

I do work on VR but working only parttime do at least $500 per week. I have never had an email asking about where I was in the years I have been there. Maybe you have a problem with not showing up to work? I love the lack of communication, no one breathes down your neck there.

Anytime someone wants to know about TTS it always seem to garner the same information. Some love, others hate. I do VR and my platform is extremely good. I get paid on time, hardly any feedback. I have worked there about 2 and a half years and very satisfied.

to do ops. My experience, and I hope this is wrong in your case, is, one has to work their way up in order to get lots of ops.
I would put the word out you enjoy them and are very experienced. Many MTs don't like doing them, although I cannot figure out why.

Pay is on time, doctors for the most part are great, accounts are super picky, QA are wonderful. I highly recommend them!
What I love is someone who is out of this work now
and yet finds the time to educate others on what they should and should not do. I also really like when people can run either hot or cold, 1 day 1 way, the next day the next. I think if I had any legal action facing me I probably would think more about that than telling others what to do.

Have been working with them for about 6 months now. There have also been good posts about this company. It's amazing how people forget the good. They are great people to work for. They have had problems in the past with pay, but that has been resolved. I've had no pay problems since then. They have consistent work. The owners actually care about the people that work for them. I will not be looking elsewhere for a place to work!
I work for GIMT and LOVE it....
Still a small company, but really NICE people, empl status, almost all clinic work, good pay, flexible hours. The only downside is no benefits yet, so need your own insurance. I will never move again; would have to get fired first.
