That IC is that stated she always got paid on time every time and knew why another IC left and when. (See page 3 or 4 of forum.) Guess management took the day off from reviewing posts here. Who knows maybe they are at the bank right now.
I hope you get your money - those of you who get bounced checks - press charges, it is the only way to stop this practice. Yes companies can reimburse and make good - but repeat offenders can be brought up on civil and legal charges - it is a crime to write checks and know they are bad. Also - contact their bank directly - seems to me they are slandering the bank by saying it is their fault and not D&L.
