she's really not doing anyone any favors. I must have more experience than she, because I tell anyone asking me advice about this field these three words - Don't do it! Best advice anyone can give! LOL.

More offshoring, more going to speech than anyone realizes
They are converting more and more accounts to speech, and they are oh so happy when they get dictators converted over. They will move dictators over to speech in batches as they qualify, so the regular MTs will just basically have them disappear out of their pool, and obviously then are left with the crappy ones who can't make it on speech. Added to that, they are offshoring now more and more, and it's not just the big account everyone has known about for some time that basically forced them to offshore. There are now other other accounts being offshored at least partially, and it's not really trying to be kept under wraps anymore either. There are a few big ones that used to offer overtime and incentives a lot. Those are now being shared with an offshore company, so don't expect overtime or incentives on there any time soon. I'm telling you, it all started after the new investors came on board. With the other changes having been made, I wouldn't be surprised to see more on the way, possibly pay cuts, increase in minimum lines per period, etc.
